Ack, it's been a while... again! From the moment I wake up with Sully from the time he goes to bed, my days have been absolutely packed. I barely sit down, so it's been difficult to squeeze in time for the blog... But today is the day!
There have a been a few things that I've wanted to post about such as blueberry picking and Sully's trip to the zoo in Boston. However, in the spirit of the crisp 33 degree air that's taking up space outside, I wanted to post about Sully's first fall festival - the Shaker Hill Apple Festival.
It's small and adorable and I've gone the past couple of years. There are art vendors, crafts, food, pony rides, apple and pumpkin picking, live music... it's awesome.
The pictures speak better than words, I suppose, but I'll say it anyway. We had a blast! Yeah, the wagon says "No Riders," but we couldn't resist sitting Sully on top of all those pumpkins (we were at a standstill anyway, so no harm done). He was obsessed with the apples and pumpkins and is definitely a kid after my own heart.
Can't wait to carve those pumpkins and see how he reacts to pumpkin mush.. Now that's going to make for some great photos :).
Cheers!!
